Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice flour, sieved
• 1 cup – roasted rava, fine
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – sesame seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• Oil for Deep Frying

Method:

  1. Mix rice flour, roasted semolina, salt and butter in a bowl.
  2. Mix well with fingers until they turns crumble like texture.
  3. To this add the sesame seeds, cumin seeds and mix well.
  4. Now slowly sprinkle water and turn it to a soft and stiff dough.
  5. Keep it aside for half an hour.
  6. Roll out tiny balls from the dough and arrange them over a paper towel and keep it aside for half an hour.
  7. Deep Fried the balls until they turns golden brown.
