Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – rava/sooji
• 2 to 3 tbsp – Rice flour
• 1/2 cup – Maida
• 1 cup – curd/yogurt plain
• salt
• 2- Green chilli
• 1 inch – Ginger
• Asafoetida pinch
• Curry leaves.
• 1 or 2 tbsp – Coconut
• 2tbsp – soaked Channa dal
Method:
- Add curd or yogurt in rava and mix it and soak for 2 to 3 hours for softness. (If you use sour cream, you can make it immediately).
- Then add rice flour, maida, green chillies, asafoetida, grated ginger, salt, coconut, chopped curry leaves, channa dal and salt in soaked rava.
- Heat the oil and just drop in like pakodas.
- When it turns golden brown remove and serve it hot.
