Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rava
• 1 tbsp – ghee/oil
• 2 cups – Sugar
• A pinch – kesari powder mixed with Milk
• 3 cups – Milk
• 1/2 cup- cashew nuts, Raisins
• 1 – Banana
• 1 tsp- Cardamom powder

Method:

  1. Fry rawa, cashew nuts and raisins in ghee/oil till golden brown.
  2. Then add the milk. Keep stirring, and when it boils, add sugar and the kesari powder.
  3. Keep adding ghee as and when required.
  4. Finally cut the banana into small pieces and add them to the kesari.
  5. Garnish with cardamom powder and serve hot.
