Ingredients:
• 4 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 3 – Cloves
• 2 pieces – Cinnamon
• 3 – green chillies, slit
• a few – Curry leaves
• 1/2 cup – onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – carrot, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – beans, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – tomato, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 cup – whole Wheat Rawa
• 1 tsp – salt
• 2 – coriander leaves, chopped
Method:
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Season with mustard, cloves, cinnamon, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Add onion and saute till onions are pale brown.
- Add carrots, beans and 1/2 cup water.
- Cook covered till the vegetables are tender but crunchy.
- Add tomato, turmeric powder and 2.5 cup of water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add rawa and salt.
- Cook covered ill the water is absorbed.
- Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.
