Ingredients:
• 1 – red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 1/4 cup – roasted Peanuts
• Tamarind piece, Blueberry size
• 3 – dry Red Chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds + black gram
• 5 strands – Curry leaves
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil and add the dry red chillies, fry until they turns brown.
- Add onions, tamarind piece, red bell pepper pieces and saute until onions and red bell pepper are cooked.
- Keep this aside and allow it to cool.
- Mix the cooked onion-bell pepper mixture, roasted peanuts, salt and grind as thick, bit coarse paste.
- In a pan splutter mustard seeds, black gram and curry leaves.
- Add this tempering to the red bell pepper and peanut mixture.
