Ingredients:

• 2 – Medium sized Red Capsicums
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 flake – Garlic
• 1 – Green Chilly
• Tamarind small amount
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a small pan.
  2. Fry chillies, garlic and jeera one after the other.
  3. Then fry capsicum in the remaining oil.
  4. Finally grind the entire thing with tamarind and salt without adding water.
  5. Garnish it with coriander.
