Ingredients:
• 2 – Medium sized Red Capsicums
• 1 tbsp – Jeera
• 1 flake – Garlic
• 1 – Green Chilly
• Tamarind small amount
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a small pan.
- Fry chillies, garlic and jeera one after the other.
- Then fry capsicum in the remaining oil.
- Finally grind the entire thing with tamarind and salt without adding water.
- Garnish it with coriander.
