Ingredients:
• 8 – chillies
• 3 – coriander
• 1 tsp – coriander
• 2 tbsp – Garlic
• 1 inch – Ginger
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 stalks – Lemon grass
• 1 tsp – Lime peels
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – shrimp paste
Method:
- Deseed the red chillies and chop them.
- Powder the coriander seeds.
- Finely chop garlic, lemon grass, coriander leaves, lemon peels, and ginger.
- Add the shrimp paste and grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
