Ingredients:

• 800g – Meat of your choice (chicken, duck, rabbit or Desi chicken)
• 15 – Onions
• 1/2 litre – red wine
• 10 – Cloves Garlic
• 1 small stick Ginger
• 12 – Cloves
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 2 – Bay Leaves
• 5 – cardmom
• 3 tbsp – oil
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry bay leaves, red chilli, cardmom, onion, garlic, ginger.
  2. Add meat, fry till brown, add salt and then red wine as per requirement of thickness of the curry.
  3. Keep on medium heat till meat is tender.
  4. Serve hot garnished with mint.
