Ingredients:
• 150 g – Cooked Rice
• 2 – Boiled Potato
• 2 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• Ginger – grated
• Salt
• Coriander leaves
• 50 g – Maida
• 150 g – Bread Powder
• Pepper Powder
• Oil
Method:
- Chop onions, chillies, and coriander leaves.
- Mash the potatoes.
- In a vessel add the rice, onions, chillies, pepper powder, ginger, potatoes, salt, and little flour. Mix everything thoroughly and make smalls balls.
- Make a thin paste by mixing the remaining maida with water.
- Dip the balls in the paste, roll it in the bread powder to coat well, and deep fry in oil.
