Ingredients:

• 150 g – Cooked Rice
• 2 – Boiled Potato
• 2 – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• Ginger – grated
• Salt
• Coriander leaves
• 50 g – Maida
• 150 g – Bread Powder
• Pepper Powder
• Oil

Method:

  1. Chop onions, chillies, and coriander leaves.
  2. Mash the potatoes.
  3. In a vessel add the rice, onions, chillies, pepper powder, ginger, potatoes, salt, and little flour. Mix everything thoroughly and make smalls balls.
  4. Make a thin paste by mixing the remaining maida with water.
  5. Dip the balls in the paste, roll it in the bread powder to coat well, and deep fry in oil.
