Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – uncooked Rice grains
• For meatballs, mix together:
• 1/2 kg – ground Meat
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 1 – onion, chopped finely
• 1 tbsp – cornstarch
• 1 tbsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 1/8 tsp – Garlic powder
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Wash and soak rice for 5-6 hours, then drain it.
  2. Make small balls from meat mixture.
  3. Place the rice on a flat plate.
  4. Roll the balls in the rice, so they are completely coated.
  5. Place the meatballs in steamer.
  6. Steam the meatballs for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove and serve hot.
