Ingredients:

• 1 cup – mixed vegetables, chopped (carrot, onion, radish, tomatoes, capsicum)
• 1 cup – mixed sprouted beans
• 1 cup – mixed fruits
• 1 cup – mixed dry fruits (cashewnuts, almonds, Raisins and pista)
• 1 cup – mixture of coriander, mint, and Spring onion leaves
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 tsp – chaat masala

Method:

  1. Mix all the vegetables, sprouted beans, fruits and dry fruits.
  2. Add lemon juice and chaat masala and mix.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves, mint leaves and spring onion leaves.
