Ingredients:

• Bread – 8 slices
• Sooji/rawa – 2 tbsp
• Fresh Milk Cream – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Medium onion, chopped – 1
• Medium tomato, chopped – 1
• Green chillies, chopped – 2
• A handful of chopped Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients – except the bread slices – in a bowl.
  2. Spread this mixture on the bread slices.
  3. Heat some oil/butter in a pan and place the bread with the mixture side facing down.
  4. Flip the bread once it turns brown and cook the other side.
  5. Cut the toast lengthwise and serve with ketchup.
