Ingredients:
• Bread – 8 slices
• Sooji/rawa – 2 tbsp
• Fresh Milk Cream – 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Medium onion, chopped – 1
• Medium tomato, chopped – 1
• Green chillies, chopped – 2
• A handful of chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients – except the bread slices – in a bowl.
- Spread this mixture on the bread slices.
- Heat some oil/butter in a pan and place the bread with the mixture side facing down.
- Flip the bread once it turns brown and cook the other side.
- Cut the toast lengthwise and serve with ketchup.
