Ingredients:
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
2 teaspoon cumin seeds
12 dried red chilies
6-7 whole black pepper
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
3 teaspoon chana dal
3 teaspoon urad dal
3 teaspoon toor (arhar) dal

Method:
1. Heat oil and fry the three dals.
2. Dry roast rest of the ingredients and mix.
3. Cool and grind.
