Sarson Ka Saag


• 1 kg – chopped mustard leaves
• 5 – Cloves of Garlic chopped
• 3 – dry whole red peppers
• 1 tbsp – mustard oil.
• salt to taste.


  1. Heat oil in a wok and add garlic and broken red pepper.
  2. When garlic turns light brown, add chopped mustard leave and little salt, stir.
  3. Cover and cook till the mustard leaves are tender and crunchy. Serve.
