• 1 kg – chopped mustard leaves
• 5 – Cloves of Garlic chopped
• 3 – dry whole red peppers
• 1 tbsp – mustard oil.
• salt to taste.
- Heat oil in a wok and add garlic and broken red pepper.
- When garlic turns light brown, add chopped mustard leave and little salt, stir.
- Cover and cook till the mustard leaves are tender and crunchy. Serve.
