• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• 2 tbsp – Oil
• Salt
• Water


  1. Take the flour, pepper powder, salt and a tablespoon of oil in a bowl, knead into a soft dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Knead again well, take a small portion of the dough, roll into circle with rolling pin and cut vertically with a knife into 4 ribbons.
  3. Sprinkle some wheat flour and oil over all the pieces, roll them one over another to make a ball and carefully roll ball into chapatti with rolling pin.
  4. Place the chapatti over a hot pan, drizzle some oil and cook on medium flame. Serve with any gravy or curd. Recipe courtesy: Priya Easy N Tasty Recipe
