• 3/4 cup – water
• 2 1/2 tsp – Corn flour
• 4-5 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – essence
• juice of 1/2 Lemon
• few drops of color to match the essence.
- Mix water, sugar and corn flour. Cook while stirring continuously. The syrup should coat the back of a spoon.
- Cool a bit. Add color, lemon juice & essence. Mix well.
- Pour over desired scoops of ice creams before serving.
