Ingredients:
• Chicken – 1 kg
• Onions – 2
• Ginger – 1 piece
• Garlic – 5 flakes
• chilli powder – 2 tsp
• Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
• Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
• chilli sauce – 3 tsp
• Oyster sauce – 1 tsp
• Corn flour
• For marinade:
• chilli powder – 2 tbsp
• salt
• Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken in the marinade for an hour.
- Fry chicken in oil. Remove and keep aside.
- In the same oil, saute onions, ginger and garlic till they are soft.
- Add chilli powder and all the sauces to it.
- Fry for a few minutes till the oil comes on top.
- Add the fried chicken and let it cook till the chicken catches the flavour of the sauces.
- Add corn flour and let it thicken.
