Ingredients:

• 5-6 – bread slices
• 1 big – Onion
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 – grated Carrot
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds –
• curry leaves, a few
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut bread slices into small square pieces and keep aside.
  2. In a non stick kadai heat oil, add mustard seeds.
  3. After it crackles, add curry leaves and chopped onion and saute till it becomes soft.
  4. Add slit green chillies, salt and add chilli powder.
  5. Put the bread pieces in it and saute for 3-4 mins till it gets mixed well.
  6. Finally, garnish with grated carrot and coriander leaves.
