Ingredients:

• 1 cup – frozen crabmeat
• 1 cup – shrimps, peeled and de-veined
• 1/2 kg – firm fish, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
• 2 – carrots, sliced
• 3 – tomatoes, chopped
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
• 2 tbsp – chopped Celery
• 1/4 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 2 – Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 cup – dry white wine
• 1 cup – Chicken broth
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a skillet.
  2. Add onion, capsicum, carrots, garlic and celery.
  3. Saute till onions are transparent.
  4. Add tomatoes and green chillies.
  5. Stir well for a minute.
  6. Add white wine, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Reduce flame, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, till vegetables are tender.
  9. Add shrimp, fish and crabmeat.
  10. Cook until fish is opaque, stirring occasionally and very carefully. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
  11. Add oregano and mix.
  12. Serve hot.
