Ingredients:
• 4 apples, peeled and chopped
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/2 cup – sugar, ground
• 1/4 cup – Raisins
• 1 cup – Vinegar
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and cook till chutney is solid and browned.
- Cool and bottle.
