Ingredients:

• 4 slices – bread
• 1 – small Carrot
• 1 – small Onion
• 1 – small Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – Coriander leaves finely chopped
• 4 – boiled Potatoes
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Chilli powder to taste
• Sesame seeds to garnish

Method:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes.
  2. Add all grated and chopped vegetables, lemon juice, garlic paste, salt and chilli powder to the mash. Mix it well.
  3. Take a slice of bread and apply the paste on one side.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  5. Shallow fry bread slice in butter or oil till it turns light brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
