Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Cream cheese
• 1 cup – Tomato puree
• 2 tbsp – water
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• 1 – spring onion, chopped finely
• 1/2 tsp – Onion powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1 cup – cooked shrimps, chopped
• 1 – envelop gelatine
• 1 – Parsley stalk, chopped finely

Method:

  1. Mix the tomato puree and cream cheese.
  2. Heat the mixture on low flame till it mixes well.
  3. Remove it from the fire. Mix gelatine with water and add it to the tomato puree and cream cheese mixture and mix well.
  4. Add rest of the ingredients to the mixture.
  5. Put it in a bowl. Let it set for 3-4 hours.
  6. Spread on toasted breads and serve.
