Ingredients:

• 1 – Broccoli
• 2 – Onions
• 1 tsp – Cumins
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a thick bottomed kadai.
  2. Splutter Cumins and add onions. Saute till onions turn pink in colour.
  3. Add turmeric and stir for a min.
  4. Add broccoli and mix well.
  5. Reduce the flame and cover the kadai and cook for 10 mins.
  6. Keep stirring every 4 mins.
  7. When done, add salt and chilli powder and stir well.
  8. Cook for 3 to 4 mins more.
  9. Remove and serve hot.
