Ingredients:

• Grated Carrot – 1 cup
• Milk – 1/2 litre
• Mixed dry fruit powder – 2 tsp
• Sugar according to taste
• Ghee – 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Stir fry grated carrot in ghee for 5 minutes.
  2. Boil milk until it becomes thick in consistency and reduces to half in quantity.
  3. Then add grated carrot and boil for a few minutes.
  4. Finally, add sugar and mixed dry fruit powder, mix and boil again for a few minutes.
