• 1 cup – coconut, finely grated
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp – Cardamom powder
- Heat sugar in a little water and stir till it dissolves.
- Slowly add the grated coconut and add a little ghee to it.
- Keep on stirring till the coconut mixture is cooked and leaves no water.
- Pour the mixture in a greased plate
- Cut into desired shapes.
