• 1 cup – coconut, finely grated
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 tbsp – Cardamom powder


  1. Heat sugar in a little water and stir till it dissolves.
  2. Slowly add the grated coconut and add a little ghee to it.
  3. Keep on stirring till the coconut mixture is cooked and leaves no water.
  4. Pour the mixture in a greased plate
  5. Cut into desired shapes.
