• 8 slices – bread
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 4 hard boiled eggs
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1/3 tsp -pepper powder
- Butter the bread well.
- Slice the hardboiled eggs and place them on 4 of the buttered slices of bread.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on them.
- Cover with the remaining slices of buttered bread.
- Cut off the hard crusts and cut into diagonal sandwiches.
