Ingredients:
• 100 g – unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
• 2 – large eggs
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 cup – flour
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/4 tsp – baking powder
• 1/4 tsp – salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
- Melt the butter in a pan.
- Add unsweetened chocolate to melted butter and slowly stir in sugar, vanilla essence and eggs.
- Add in flour mix and chocolate chips, stirring continuously.
- Bake in a greased plate for 20-25 mins and cool.
- Cut into Christmas shapes with cookie cutters.
- Can also be garnished with coloured frosting.
