Ingredients:
• 500g – cooked Rice
• 3 tsp – Ghee
• 8 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 – big Green chillies
• 10-15 – Cashewnuts
• 8-10 – groundnuts
• Salt and pepper as per taste
Method:
- Heat 3 tsp ghee in a wok.
- Add green chillies and fry.
- After a minute, add chopped garlic and fry till it becomes golden brown.
- Now add cashews, groundnuts and fry again.
- Add the cooked rice and mix well with salt and pepper according to taste.
- Serve hot.
