Ingredients:

• 500g – cooked Rice
• 3 tsp – Ghee
• 8 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 – big Green chillies
• 10-15 – Cashewnuts
• 8-10 – groundnuts
• Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:

  1. Heat 3 tsp ghee in a wok.
  2. Add green chillies and fry.
  3. After a minute, add chopped garlic and fry till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Now add cashews, groundnuts and fry again.
  5. Add the cooked rice and mix well with salt and pepper according to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
