Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – green Tomatoes
• 100g – roasted sesame seeds
• 4 Green chillies
• 6 Garlic Cloves
• 1 tsp – Jeera
• A large peanut-sized ripe Tamarind (soaked)
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt according to taste
Method:
- In a kadhai, add oil, roast the green chillies, jeera and garlic cloves, keep aside.
- In the same oil, add tomatoes cut into 4 pieces and cook till tender.
- Then when the tomatoes are cooled, grind them in a mixer adding all the ingredients.
- Serve with hot plain rice.
