Ingredients:

• Raw Rice – 3 cups
• Urad Dal – 1 cup
• Methi seeds -1/4 cup
• Salt – to taste

Method:

  1. Soak the rice, dal and methi seed overnight. Grind the rice, dal and the methi seeds together in the mixer till a smooth batter is formed. Add salt and mix well.
  2. This dosa need not be fermented like the normal dosa. Do not add much water. Make the dosas.
  3. This dosa will be very soft at the same time crisp with a very different taste.
