• 2 cups – basmati Rice or any other Rice
• 2 – Bay Leaves
• few whole spices
• salt to taste
• 1/2 cup – Ghee
- Heat the ghee in a pan or rice cooker and fry bay leaves, and spices for some time.
- Add washed rice and stir fry for 3-4 mins.
- Now add salt and 4 cups of water and cook till the rice is done.
- Serve with any spicy curry.
