Ingredients:
• 200 g – Paneer
• 200 g – Tomato puree
• 1 tbsp – ginger-chilli paste
• 2 tbsp – oil
• salt
• Red Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• pepper – 1/2 tsp
• Fried Cuminutes – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• Coriander leaves – a few sprigs
Method:
- Cut the paneer and add a pinch of salt and lemon to it.
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-chilli paste to it. After 2 seconds, add tomato puree to it.
- Take a bowl and mix coriander powder, fried cumin, red chilli powder and salt
- Add the mixture to the puree.
- Add tomato sauce, after 5-6 minutes, add the paneer.
- When done, serve after garnishing with coriander and cream.
