Ingredients:
• 1 kg – Chicken
• 2 tbsp – oil
• For marination: 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tbsp – yogurt
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – red chilly powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1 tbsp – cumin powder
• 1 pinch – yellow edible colour
• 3 – eggs
• bread crumbs
• cornflakes mix
• For Garnish: Potato chips
• Tomato slices
• Onion
Method:
- Mix all spices in a bowl with lemon juice and yogurt.
- Marinate chicken and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil, add marinate chicken, cover cook on medium heat.
- When the meat gets tender, beat eggs, dip pieces in it and then coat with bread crumb and cornflakes.
- Deep fry until it turns golden brown on medium heat.
- Garnish pieces with potato chips, tomato and onion slices.
- Serve with tomato ketchup and raita mix with green chutney.
