• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Besan – 1 cup
• Chopped Spinach – 200 g
• Onion – 1 (big)
• Green chillies – 5 (chopped)
• Curry leaves – 4-5 leaves
• Salt to taste
- Combine all the ingredients In a mixing bowl and form a thin batter.
- Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter to form a dosa.
- Add a spoon of oil on the sides to make it crisp.
- Cook on both the sides.
- Repeat the process for the other dosas as well.
- Serve hot with onion chutney or sambhar.
