Ingredients:

• Wheat flour – 1 cup
• Besan – 1 cup
• Chopped Spinach – 200 g
• Onion – 1 (big)
• Green chillies – 5 (chopped)
• Curry leaves – 4-5 leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients In a mixing bowl and form a thin batter.
  2. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Heat a non stick pan and pour the batter to form a dosa.
  4. Add a spoon of oil on the sides to make it crisp.
  5. Cook on both the sides.
  6. Repeat the process for the other dosas as well.
  7. Serve hot with onion chutney or sambhar.
