Ingredients:

• 1 tsp- Oil
• 1 tsp- Mustard
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1/4 tsp – Hing
• 1 bunch – Spinach
• 2 cups- Curd
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Chop the spinach finely and boil it in water until tender.
  2. Drain the water and keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in kadai and splutter the mustard seeds and saute the urad dal.
  4. Now add the boiled spinach and saute for 1 minute.
  5. Pour this in a bowl and add the curd, salt and hing to it. Mix well.
  6. Let it stand for 5 mins.
  7. Serve cold.
