Ingredients:

• 2 – apples
• 1/2 – Pear
• 1/2 – Orange
• 1/2 – medium sized Capsicum
• 4 – Carrots
• 2 sticks – Celery
• 1/4 – Cucumber
• few Raisins

Method:

  1. Chop the fruits and coarsely grate the vegetables.
  2. Mix in a bowl and place in the fridge.
  3. Serve cold.
