Ingredients:
• 6 to 8 medium sized Mutton chops
• 1 cup Curd (beaten)
• 10 Cloves Garlic (crushed finely)
• 2 eggs (beaten)
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cuminutes seed powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Clean and wash the mutton chops. Pat dry.
- In a bowl combine the curds, powdered spices, garlic, lemon juice and salt together and mix very well.
- Marinate the chops in this mixture for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan, dip each chop into the beaten eggs so as to coat it completely and deep-fry in the hot oil till golden brown on all sides.
- Serve piping hot.
