Ingredients:
• 1 – long French bread
• 2-3 – Lettuce leaves
• 1 – tomato, sliced thinly
• 4 to 5 – Cucumber slices
• 1 – small onion, sliced
• 1/2 cup – smoked salmon, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup – mayonnaise (of your flavour)
Method:
- Warm the bread in an oven. Slice it lengthwise.
- Spread mayonnaise on both sides.
- Put the lettuce leaves on one slice.
- Layer with cucumber, tomato, onion slices and smoked salmon.
- Close the slice with the other slice.
- Warm the sandwich for 2-3 mins in oven again.
- Slice the sandwich half. Serve with wafers.
