Ingredients:
• 1 – medium size Snake gourd
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 sprig – curry leaves.
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Scrape and chop the snake gourd into small pieces then wash well and drain.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When they begin to splutter add the green chillies and curry leaves and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the snake gourd, salt and coconut.
- Cover and cook for a few minutes till the snake gourd is cooked and all the water dries up.
