Ingredients:

• 350 g – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1 can – soda
• 1 tbsp – sarasaparilla syrup
• 350 ml – water

Method:

  1. Make sugar syrup with 250 ml water and 250 g sugar.
  2. Caramelise remaining 100 g sugar and add 100 ml water. Let it cool.
  3. Now mix both and set aside.
  4. In a tall glass, add 1 or 2 tsp of syrup, lemon juice, sarasaparilla syrup and soda.
  5. Serve chilled.
