Ingredients:

• For batter mixture:
• 1 cup- sooji (rava)
• 1 cup- Curd
• 1 tbsp -paste of Green chillies and Ginger
• 1 teaspoon- Turmeric
• 1 teaspoon – eno fruit salt
• salt
• For seasoning:
• rye
• oil
• For garnishing:
• coriander

Method:

  1. Mix all the above ingredients and make a thick batter ( idli consistency). Grease a flat bottom plate or vessel and pour the above batter.
  2. Steam it in the pressure cooker for about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Take out and cut it into square cubes like dhoklas.
  4. Add a thadka of rye on these dhoklas and garnish it with fresh coriander.
