Ingredients:

• mangoes (medium sized) – 4 to 5
• Red Chilli powder – 4 tbsps
• Mustard powder – 3 tbsps
• Salt to taste
• Methi seeds – 2 tsps
• Oil – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the mangoes into medium pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients along with the mangoes in a dry bowl.
  3. Put the pickle in a bottle.
  4. After a day, the pickle will give out water.
  5. Stir the pickle well. It’s ready to serve.
