Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 50 g – onion, finely sliced
• 1 cup – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice –
• 50 g – oil
• Small piece – Cinnamon
• 1 – Clove
• 1 – Cardamom
• 1 – aniseed
• 1- Bay Leaf
• salt
• Ground :
• 50 g – Ginger
• 50 g – Garlic
• 1 inch – Cinnamon
• 1-clove
• Grind To Paste :
• 1 tbsp – Coconut
• 12 pieces – cashew
• 7 – Green chilli
• 6 stalks – coriander
• 1/2 tsp – fennel
• 4 – Badam
• Mint leaves
• 100 ml -water

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with curd, lemon juice and salt for 1/2 hour.
  2. Heat oil in pressure cooker.
  3. Add cinnamon, clove, cardamom, aniseed and bay leaf.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste, chicken, and the ground mixture.
  5. Add water (100 ml or 1/2 cup) and pressure cook for 1 whistle
  6. Serve
