Ingredients:

• 1 whole Chicken – washed
• 1 tbsp minced Garlic
• 1 bottle soy sauce

Method:

  1. Rub the outside and the inside of the chicken with garlic.
  2. Pour soy sauce into a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add chicken in soy sauce and turn frequently for one hour.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree C oven until tender. (If you leave the chicken in the soy sauce too long, the flavour of the sauce will be too strong.)
