Ingredients:

• 2 cup – white cabbage, shredded
• 2 cup – purple cabbage, shredded
• 1 cup – spring onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – fresh soya beans(peeled)
• 3 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 tbsp – light soya sauce
• 1 tsp – dark soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – red chili sauce
• 2 tbsp – Lime juice
• salt, pepper and Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Cook the beans with water and a pinch of salt till soft.
  2. Drain and reserve the liquid. Cool the beans.
  3. Mix the beans with red and purple cabbage, spring onion and coriander leaves.
  4. Combine rest of the ingredients with two tbsp of reserved cooking liquid and pour over the vegetable mixture.
  5. Toss and serve immediately.
