Ingredients:

• 1 cup – soya chunks
• 10 cubes – Paneer (optional)
• 1 cup – basmati Rice
• 4 – Onions chopped
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 1 stick – Cinnamon
• 2 – big Cardamom
• 2 – Cloves
• 2 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – Mutton masala powder
• 2 tbsp – oil or Butter
• Coriander leaves to garnish
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil rice separately along with cloves.
  2. Once it is done, add 1 tbsp oil, mix it and keep it aside.
  3. Boil water, add soya chunks to it and cook till it is done.
  4. Fry paneer and keep aside.
  5. Now take a kadai, add oil or butter, then add mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaves.
  6. Start adding onion, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  7. Finally, add all the spices and coriander leaves.
  8. Add soya chunks and cover the kadai for 3-5 min. Allow the chunks to cook with masala.
  9. Once it is done, add salt, the cooked rice and fried paneer. Mix well and serve.
