Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice, cooked
• 1- Onion, chopped
• 20-25- Soya chunks
• 1 cup – Cabbage, shredded
• 1/2 cup – Green beans
• 2 tsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tsp – Pav bhaji masala
• 1/4 tsp – Pepper powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 10-12 – Curry leaves
• Oil
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Then add the chopped onions and salt and saute until the onions turn translucent.
- Meanwhile boil the soya chunks in hot water until they double their volume.
- Drain the water and squeeze the excess water.
- Now add the green beans, shredded cabbage to the onions, and saute everything for 1-2 mins. Then add the soya chunks, tomato ketchup, pav bhaji masala, garam masala powder, salt and cook everything on a high flame for a few seconds.
- Finally add the cooked rice, pepper powder and toss everything gently.
- Serve hot with chips or papads.
