Ingredients:

• 100 g – soya chunks
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• salt as per taste
• 1 – raw Egg
• Oil for frying
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 100 g – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Boil the soya chunks.
  2. When it swells up, squeeze out the water.
  3. Apply all the spices and salt to the soya.
  4. Break the raw egg in a bowl.
  5. Dip the chunks in raw egg and roll in corn flour.
  6. Deep-fry it and decorate with coriander leaves.
