Ingredients:
• 100 g – soya granules
• 1 cup – hot Milk
• 1 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 – onions, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp – Tomato puree
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Haldi powder
• 3 tsp – refined oil
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak the soya granules in hot milk for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil. Fry the onions till golden brown, then add the other ingredients one by one.
- Lastly, add the soya with the milk and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves along with naans or chapattis.
