Ingredients:

• 1 cup – soya chunks, soaked in hot water for 2min
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 1 tomato, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• fresh Cream
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• salt to taste
• oil
• Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion. Saute till it turns golden brown; add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  2. Then, add tomatoes and fry till they mix well.
  3. Add turmeric and chilli powder and mix well until oil separates.
  4. Now, add the soya chunks, salt and water as required.
  5. Cook for 5 mins. Then, add garam masala powder.
  6. Once the gravy is ready, add fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve hot with roti.
